大赛规则

参赛主体

01 参赛主体包括金砖及“金砖+”国家企业、科研院所、高校、行业协会及个人。每个参赛主体可申报不超过5个项目。每个项目只可申报1个赛道。
02 参赛作品必须为原创作品，未侵犯任何他人的专利权、著作权、商标权及其他知识产权，且不得违反国家相关法律法规，否则取消参赛资格。
03 参赛单位须按照组委会要求补充提交参赛作品有关材料，并对材料的真实性、准确性、完整性负责。所有已提交的参赛作品和相关材料原则上不予退还。

报名方式

01 符合要求的参赛主体请于7月31日前通过大赛官网(www. bricsiic. com) 报送参赛作品。

评审规则

01 由秘书处围绕参赛项目的创新性、专业性、成熟度、社会效应、落地情况、金砖元素等要素起草评审规则，提请专家评审委员会审定。
02 初赛将于八月中旬由大赛组委会秘书处组织专家评审委员会评选出入围项目。经组委会同意后，入围项目名单将于决赛前在大赛网站公示，公示期为5个工作日。
03 决赛入围项目经现场演示和答辩、评委当场亮分，按得分高低产生获奖项目。

Contest rules

Participants

01 Participants include enterprises, research institutes, universities, industry associations and individuals from BRICS and BRICS+ countries. Each participant can submit no more than 5 projects. Each project can only submit 1 track.
02 Entries must be original works that do not infringe on any patent, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of others, and must not violate relevant national laws and regulations, or else they will be disqualified.
03 Participating units shall submit additional materials related to the entries in accordance with the requirements of the Organising Committee and shall be responsible for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the materials. In principle, all submitted entries and related materials will not be returned.

Registration Methods

01 Participants who meet the requirements should submit their entries through the official website of the Contest (www.bricsiic.com) before 31 July.

Evaluation Criteria

01 The Secretariat will draft the evaluation criteria in light of innovation, professionalism, maturity, social effect, implementation, and BRICS elements of the projects and submit them to the Expert Review Committee for approval.
02 The preliminary round will be held in mid-August, and the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee will organise the Expert Review Committee to select the shortlisted projects. Subject to the Organizing Committee’s approval, the shortlist of projects will be announced on the website before the final round, publicity period of 5 days.
03 The finalist projects will be awarded according to their scores after on-site demonstration and defence and on-the-spot scoring by the jury.
